A baby is born in this world of ours, becomes a child, teenager, adult, aged and ends in death. This is the routine matter. During the life time one should achieve something. One should determine this ultimate goal and should work hard to reach. Maximum efforts should be put in.

Purpose and potential in one’s life is like two eyes of a human being. Purpose is more important than potential. Potential is the outer source but purpose is the inner source. First, purpose should be determined and then the potential will be automatic.

Now-a-days there is a tendency amongst students who come out of schools or colleges, to prefer a job either in Government or in private concern. No one wants to start a business and become an entrepreneur. Lot of Banks is ready to sanction loans of short and long terms. As it is mentioned earlier, one should have a purpose and should work towards that goal.

Business is not like going to school, write exams and pass. Even in exams there are marks and grades. Top score is appreciated by all. Same way top business people will be considered as Stars world over.

Having a purpose of becoming a business magnet, the next step is to analyze about ways and means of potential, going into all speeds of starting a business one should apply the mind to go ahead and prosper.

Having found a root in business, the next step is to expand it. Materials should be distributed to whole sale business people. While distributing to the wholesalers, it is mandatory that the materials are of good standards, having durability and guarantee to take back an item having manufacture defects.

The manufacturing should be in such a way that just seeing your Trade marks, people should buy it blindly. Care should be taken in man power management, having interest in workers well fare, distribution system, spying by other companies etc.

During the development of the company one should analyze the growing needs of the people. There are two aspects in life. One is Necessary and the other is Luxury. Necessity is the mother of invention.

Production and distribution is done by a concern, Next step is the wholesaler. He buys from the concern and sells to the retailers. From retailers, the products reach the consumer. The consumer according to the choice can by the products either from the wholesaler or from the retailer.

Every concern should bear in mind the satisfaction of the consumer. Company is distributing to the wholesalers and the wholesalers distributing the retailers and the retailers sell to the consumers. This is the chain action. Consumer can not buy directly from a company. Middle people are involved in any business. Company has a business with other business people and that business people have business with retail business people and these people sell the products to the consumer. And now the business to business and the business to consumer is completed.
